Hosting
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you visit the site, Vercel automatically processes technical data that your browser sends, such as your IP address, date and time of access, the page requested, browser type and operating system (server log files). This is necessary to deliver the website securely and reliably. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure, functioning website). Vercel is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and a data processing agreement is in place.

Content and images
Texts and images on this website are managed with Sanity, provided by Sanity AS (Norway) and Sanity US Inc. Images are delivered directly from Sanity’s content delivery network, which means your IP address is transmitted to Sanity when images load. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in fast and reliable delivery of content). A data processing agreement is in place.

Fonts
All fonts are hosted on this website itself. No connection to Google or other font providers is made.

Videos (Vimeo and YouTube)
Films are embedded from Vimeo (Vimeo.com, Inc., 330 West 34th Street, 5th Floor, New York, NY 10001, USA) or YouTube (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). The video player only loads after you click “Play film”. Before that, no data is sent to Vimeo or YouTube. Once you click play, the respective provider receives data such as your IP address and information about your device and may set cookies. Vimeo is embedded with the “do not track” option, YouTube in its privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Legal basis: your consent by clicking play, Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and § 25 (1) TDDDG. Data may be transferred to the USA. Vimeo and Google are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. For details, see the privacy policies of Vimeo (vimeo.com/privacy) and Google (policies.google.com/privacy).

Local storage in your browser
If you switch between List and Grid view or change the number of images per row, this setting is saved in your browser’s local storage so the site remembers it on your next visit. This information never leaves your device and is not used to identify you. It is stored solely because you requested this function (§ 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG). You can delete it at any time in your browser settings.

Contact by email
If you contact me by email, I process your email address and the content of your message to reply. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR. Your data will be deleted once it is no longer needed, unless statutory retention periods apply.

Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing of your personal data (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR).
